EXTRA-77102 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Professional Services for Medicaid Policy and Program Support - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services for Medicaid policy and program support to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. – Medicaid Policy and Program Support Contractor to provide comprehensive strategic, regulatory, operational, and policy support for Medicaid program and related initiatives.– The Contractor will assist agency in advancing evidence–based practices, evaluating emerging technologies, and supporting the development and implementation of Medicaid program innovations.– The Contractor will contribute to policy interpretation and development, program design, waiver operations, managed care oversight, data–driven performance management, and federal compliance– The Contractor shall provide broad Medicaid policy support across agency initiatives, offering analysis, guidance, and strategic consultation.– The Contractor shall assist agency with maintenance, reporting, and certain implementation tasks associated with the Section 1115 Demonstration Waiver. Most waiver programs are already implemented; support will occur as needed.– The Contractor shall support contract and policy updates.– The Contractor shall assist agency with program design, development, and implementation for key Medicaid initiatives.– The Contractor shall provide policy–level reimbursement analysis.– The Contractor shall help agency monitor, interpret, and respond to federal Medicaid requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.
