(1) Vendor needs to provide dining services to the government authority located in Lillington, NC.• The possession and consumption of alcohol at University–sponsored events must conform to therequirements of State law, applicable Jackson County ordinances, and University policies.• Event sponsors/organizers must emphasize the quality and purpose of the event without advertising the service of alcohol.• Non–alcoholic beverages and food (i.e., meals or receptions with hors d’oeuvres) must be available at events where alcohol is served.• For events that include meals, alcohol service may begin 30 minutes before meal service, and end when meal service concludes.• For events that include receptions, alcohol may be served for the duration of the reception, but may not exceed a total of 1½ hours of service or 2 ½ hours with full meal service.• Alcohol may not be served to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.• No alcohol shall be served before 5:00 pm on any weekday, with the exception of Athletic Events held at permitted Athletic Facilities.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
