(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment psychological evaluations and examinations service to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.– Provide psychological examinations to establish fitness for duty, pre–employment psychological screening and psychological re– examinations, the Special Investigation Division (SID), requires the following specifications and or significantly similar diagnostic tests to be conducted during a complete and thorough evaluation.– A complete and Thorough Review of the Employees Disciplinary History as well as facts and events necessitating the Fit for Duty Evaluation.• The Shipley Institute of Living Scale• The Candidate and Officer Personnel Survey • The revised Beta Examination –III • The Personality Assessment Inventory • The California Psychological Inventory • The Speed Completion Form–Sentence Completion Test• Biographical Summary Form• An In–Depth Personal Interview• A prepared written report providing test results and candidate recommendation within 30 days of examination(2) The contract period will be for one year.
