(1) Vendor needs to provide groceries operator service to operate one or more (up to a maximum of five) of upcoming Groceries stores to the government authority located in New York. • Open five (5) grocery stores that provide a unified, welcoming and excellent shopping experience for all; and promote the Groceries brand.• Provide ongoing access to affordable groceries, by offering a Core Basket of indemand,healthy, fresh foods set on average at below retail prices, while also accepting benefit programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).• Create quality jobs that o􀆯er competitive, family–sustaining wages and benefits, and ensure a safe workplace for all.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) An Optional pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.
