EPIC Responder Plus Ballistic Helmets with NVG Shrouds and Galvion Viper Batskin Visors

The City of Hialeah Police Department is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide EPIC Responder Plus ballistic helmets equipped with NVG shrouds, along with Galvion Viper Batskin Visors. This procurement will support officer safety during tactical operations, critical incidents, and high-risk deployments. The goal of this project is to acquire 250 helmets and 250 visors, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and modern ballistic protection across the agency. Final sizing will be determined after award, as individual measurements are required for proper fit. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to supply the exact configurations specified and deliver all components within acceptable timeframes. This purchase will enhance officer survivability, expand protective capabilities, and standardize protective equipment used by field personnel across the Police Department.
