Description

Pursuant to Section 255.20, Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, Florida’s Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the School Board of Monroe County, Florida (“School Board”) is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for Bruce Hall Renovation located at 1310 United Street, Key West, Florida 33040. The School Board seeks to enter into a Construction Management Agreement with an experienced and qualified firm, licensed in the State of Florida, to perform specialized historic preservation project management services for renovations to Bruce Hall.
