(1) Vendor needs to provide Christmas decorations services.– Mounted light pole décor:– Six (6) different styles, four (4) of each style, 24 total.– combination of color and clear light options.– RGBW accent lighting:– Eight (8) accent tree lights.– Permanent installation.– Pole banners:– 15 banners, 24” x 48”.– Vinyl material, double–sided print.– Personalization option for banner print.– Large photo op:– Lighted Christmas themed photo op, seated or standing option.– Minimum 10’ in height.– Installation to be included.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
