26-53 Smoke Testing, Manhole Inspections and I&I Analysis

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks responses from qualified vendors to the sanitary sewer collection system. The goal is to identify potential sources of inflow and infiltration and provide documentation to guide future rehabilitation efforts. This work supports Bay County’s ongoing efforts to reduce I&I in the wastewater collection system. Smoke testing is used to detect defects such as broken pipes, illegal connections, or missing cleanout caps that contribute to excessive flows and treatment costs, particularly during wet weather. . ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER SUBMISSIONS for Project Title will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Submissions will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY SUBMISSION RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
