(1) Vendor needs to provide credentialling verification services to the government authority located in Maryland.– Provide hospital care, medical services, or extended care services.– Providers, including end–to–end program management, oversight, and reporting to ensure effective governance, operational transparency, and regulatory compliance. Services include maintaining and operating a secure online database of provider demographic, professional, and credentialing information.– The CVO shall conduct ongoing monitoring of provider licensure, certifications, sanctions, and other risk indicators, ensuring timely identification and escalation of adverse findings.– Database provide real–time dashboards and queue views showing credentialing status by provider/facility, including a dedicated returned–provider dashboard with filterable fields (provider name, NPI, date of return, reason for return, number of contact attempts, resubmission status).– System support bulk upload (e.g., ingesting multiple applications from Excel).
