(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefit administrator system.– Pharmacy claims processing (including development and maintenance of benefit rules and required reference files).– Provide Medicaid data warehouse, decision support, and business intelligence tools.– Develop and maintain conceptual design that includes a definition of the messages to be used by these services to interact with other services.– Use available Web Content Management assets in constructing solution.– Development of conversion software and/or manual procedures, testing of conversion programs and procedures, and preliminary conversion of all files. – Utilize online and computer–based interactive training classes through a Web–based user interface effective the first day of Operational Readiness Review (ORR).– Pharmacy Provider Portal will provide pharmacy related functions including but not limited to:– Claim Inquiry, Member Eligibility Inquiry (if requested by State), Prior authorization Submission and Inquiry, Drug Inquiry Tool, Member Profile Tool.– The service desk also provides stakeholders with answers to technical system inquiries.– The Communication Management function must meet the communication needs of the Medicaid Enterprise.– Communication types are varied and can include numerous venues to present information, including but not limited to:– Mail, Fax, Email, Voicemail, IVRs, Web Portal, Website Content Banner, messaging,(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October, 28 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
