CLEANING-14162 - USA (Helena, Montana) - RFI for Cleaning Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Helena, MT. – Contractor will commence cleaning 5 days a week after normal business hours, except for State and Federal holidays.– Restrooms shall be cleaned after 5pm.– Locked storage areas, boiler rooms, machine rooms etc. do not require regular service. – Contractor may be requested to perform emergency services should the need arise. Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials required to perform emergency cleaning services. Emergency service charges will be mutually agreed upon by the State and Contractor. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
