EXTRA-79020 - USA (Middlesex, New Jersey) - Conservation Officer Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide conservation officer services to the government authority located in Middlesex, NJ.• Apply, interpret, and enforce provisions of Township Ordinance and assess fees• Participate in Township meetings, Planning and Zoning site plan review, site walk through and pre–constructing meetings as requested• Establish tree protection criteria for each site prior to approval for development and monitor site progress• Establish responsibilities of developer before, during, and after construction• Provide expertise for arboricultural services and contracts to the private sector• Provide specifications and/or supervision for all township tree plantings• Provide reports, appraisals, and tree evaluations for any litigation or legal action• Identify, design, and implement supplemental funding sources without the use of taxpayer money• Attend monthly of Shade Tree Advisory Committee (if established)
