(1) Vendor needs to provide opioid abatement substance use disorder intervention micro grant program services to prevention, harm reduction, behavioral health, treatment, recovery, and supportive services for individuals impacted by opioid and substance use disorder to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.A. Provide Prevention and Harm Reduction Services– Conduct overdose prevention education.– Distribute naloxone and harm reduction supplies.– Deliver behavioral health outreach and community educationB. Support Treatment and Recovery– Connect participants to treatment, recovery, and behavioral health services.– Provide peer support, recovery coaching, case management, and navigation assistance.– Assist with transportation, housing, employment, and other recovery supports as needed.C. Conduct Community Outreach– Engage underserved and high–risk populations.– Collaborate with community partners to increase service access and reduce barriers to care. (2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
