(1) Vendor needs to provide public involvement services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Provide demographic analysis for target area, advise, and provide best public involvement support to address diverse community needs and context.– Prepare and disseminate public outreach materials and presentations often in coordination with the study or design team.– Prepare and publish paid advertisements.– Prepare media package(s) (e.g., scripts and images) for radio (including paid services) and social media.– Host and facilitate public meetings and events and record meetings, as requested.– Conduct agency and stakeholder coordination with those agencies with regulatory authority or potentially sensitive resource management responsibilities within the project or study corridor, along.– Prepare and create GIS story maps and short videos.– Collect, manage, and analyze the input received and prepare summaries.– Prepare public and stakeholder outreach and meeting summaries or input synopses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
