(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities program development consulting services to the government authority located in Hagerstown, MD. • Provide consulting services to complete the development of the facilities program part i and part ii (capital improvement programming) for updates to the outdoor athletic facilities on campus• Interview College stakeholders, including the College’s Executive Leadership Team, employees, students, and community members, to ascertain desired features of the proposed facilities.• Meet with College officials to identify feasible requirements.• Recommend work to meet College programs and code requirements.• Recommend project design and construction phasing to meet College program and operating requirements.• Provide cost estimate for design and construction(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
