(1) Vendor needs to provide masonry repair, repointing, and precast restoration services to the government authority located in Hingham, MA.– The Work also includes restoration of the precast concrete elements located within this work area. – Approximately 2,726 square–foot quantity refers to the exterior brick masonry repair and repointing area only and does not include the precast concrete restoration work.– Cleaning of existing masonry and precast surfaces.– Remove defective caulking, coatings, patches, and incompatible repair materials.– Removal of deteriorated mortar.– Historic masonry repointing.– Limited brick and masonry repairs.– Sealant replacement at masonry and precast interfaces.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
