This project includes rehabilitation of an existing landfill, by use of a landfill gas mitigation system, in order to convert the parcel into useable greenspace, site regrading to facilitate a gentle slope to promote useable greenspace. This proposed project will benefit the public once the remedial efforts have been constructed, levels of gases have been reduced and the greenspace is deemed safe for use.
