(1) Vendor needs to provide residential waste collection services to the government authority located in Waukegan, IL.– Provide collection, transportation, and disposal of waste, recyclable materials, and landscape waste and food scraps from all residential family dwellings with two or fewer units.– Provide a variety of solid waste collection, recycling, and landscape waste disposal services for residential customers.– Once–per–week unlimited curb side service for collection, transportation, and disposal of residential waste.– Unlimited customers will receive a new 95–gallon wheeled cart, to be furnished by the contractor.– collection services for residential materials shall be provided on the same collection day.– Once–per–week curb side, unlimited collection of recyclable materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
