DES-2641 - USA (Glen Burnie, Maryland) - Document and Media Destruction Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document and media destruction services to the government authority located in Glen Burnie, MD.         – Perform the secure collection, on–site shredding of paper records, and off–site destruction of thermal transfer ribbons and other designated media.– To ensure the secure destruction and proper disposal of confidential and sensitive materials generated, including paper records and thermal transfer ribbons, in a manner that protects personally identifiable information (PII), maintains regulatory compliance, and supports an auditable and secure destruction process.– Services shall include, at a minimum, the secure collection, transportation, and destruction of paper records and thermal transfer ribbons generated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.
