(1) Vendor needs to provide homeowner rental incentive program administrator services to the government authority located in Nantucket, MA.– Affordable housing trust, is seeking a qualified administrator to manage and administer a homeowner incentive program aimed at providing year–round rental housing to local residents and workers in town.– Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the program, promoting awareness among eligible homeowners and prospective renters, processing applications, confirming eligibility, and facilitating rental incentive payments.– Experience: The administrator must have prior experience in administering homeowner incentive programs or similar programs for municipalities in other similar resort–destination communities around the country, as well as experience administering similar programs.– Knowledge: The administrator must have a thorough understanding of local housing regulations, including zoning laws, occupancy standards, and rental regulations.– Software and Systems: The administrator must have access to appropriate software and systems for processing applications, managing data, and generating reports.– Reporting: The administrator must be able to provide regular and accurate reports on program activity, including the number of applications received, approved, and denied.– Customer Service: The administrator must have a customer service–oriented approach and be able to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from homeowners, tenants, and other stakeholders.– Promotion and Outreach: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach strategy to inform eligible homeowners and prospective eligible renters about the program, including the creation of a dedicated website, flyers and handouts, and other informational materials.– Application processing: receive and review applications from prospective renters interested in participating in the program.– Payment facilitation: facilitate payments from the town to eligible homeowners, in accordance with the approved incentive program guidelines.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
