Description

The Project purpose is to demolish an existing vacant warehouse building located at 1700 Sango Court in the City of Milpitas, remove existing trees, remove and off-haul existing asphalt, baserock, and soil; import new soil to match existing grade; protect existing fence, and abandon two existing monitoring wells. Hazardous materials have been detected on the project site, refer to the contract documents for details.
