(1) Vendor needs to provide proactive inspection program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software programs and technologies associated with assigned work tasks.• Ability to work well and establish positive working relationships with property owners, professional architects, engineers, contractors, public officials, fellow employees, and the general public in what can be, at times, adversarial situations.• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of preparing and explaining changes that need to be made in a customer’s plans, preparing reports, speaking at in–house training events.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
