(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.– Provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services for the Library's group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and related employee benefit programs. – Provide strategic consulting, market analysis, carrier negotiations, employee communications, compliance support, and annual renewal services. – Services will include, but not be limited to – reviewing and advising on appropriate health, dental, and related insurance products– marketing placement of insurance– reviewing vendor contracts and evidence of coverage– conducting employee meetings to explain coverage– acting as a liaison for the Library with the selected insurance companies– developing and producing employee communications materials – working with designated Library personal in effectively delivering insurance(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
