(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile mental health, behavioural health and substance use disorder treatment services to the government authority located in Torrance, CA.– The Community Health Provider will provide the staffing and transportation necessary to operate the mobile program, including the provision of at least one licensed psychiatrist. – The mobile services will be provided one weekday per week for half of a day (4 hours/.1 FTE).– The Community Health Provider must have existing referral relationships with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment facilities. – The Community Health Provider will connect participants with additional in–patient or out–patient treatment as needed, ensuring a warm handoff. Interested providers should include all program costs in the budget submitted.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
