(1) Vendor needs to provide employment services and emergency support services for justice–involved individuals participating in the County’s Proposition 47 Cohort 5 initiative to the government authority located in Tuolumne, CA.– The program prioritizes community–based, non–custodial services that address the underlying drivers of criminal behavior, including unemployment, poverty, housing instability, and lack of access to basic resources.a. Employment ServicesPaid work experienceSubsidized employment, orTransitional employment opportunities (if available)b. Emergency AssistanceTransportation assistance (e.g., gas cards, bus passes)Food or grocery assistanceHygiene kits and essential personal itemsWork–related needs (e.g., clothing, tools, uniforms)Program–related costs (e.g., fees, required materials)c. Housing Support (Limited Scope)Limited short–term assistance, where appropriated.
