(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based construction office software.– Software solution must include the following modules and functionalities:– Up to 5 user seats– Personalized support from your customer success manager– Internal application– Access to the properties geospatial object– Access to the SI/SD, logs, and inspections record categories– Automated elevation certificate error detection– Per–property profiles displaying flood information search public property and elevation certificates get help form– Online and Offline capabilities– Capture property inspections in the field capture post–disaster inspections in the field– Ability to expand number of seats– Mobile device application for IOS and Android available from Apple or Play Stores respectively.– Full support and compatibility with the microsoft edge web browser, without modifications to the browser configuration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
