EDUCATION-18423 - USA (Minneapolis, Minnesota) - Civil Inspector Level II Online Course Development Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide civil inspector level II online course development services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – contract with an individual, consulting firm or organization to develop and record an online Inspector Level II course and update the Inspector Level I course.– Consultant will develop and deliver an online inspection course to follow the existing Fundamentals of Construction Inspection online course.– Course may consist of instructional videos, linked resources, infographic educational materials, and knowledge checks.– Consultant will also re–develop existing course to meet new accessibility requirements and to have a consistent voice between the fundamentals and level II courses.– Existing course has 7 modules of basic inspection information, covering the following topics: inspector roles and responsibilities, introduction to site safety, communication and documentation, Contract documents, tracking construction progress, understanding plans and specifications, ethics and behaviour.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
