(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting services to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA.– Investment consultant services for the uniform retirement systems.– System’s investment program, including, without limitation, strategic asset allocation, economic insight, manager research and selection, performance reporting, risk analytics, education, policy support, and related advisory services.– Delivery of an independent, unbiased assessment of and advice related to the system’s investment program, the consultant will report to the board though the consultant’s primary point of contact.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
