The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes: Re Paving the E-18 Police Station Parking lot. Project Location: 1249 Hyde Park Ave, Hyde Park MA. Expected contract duration is for 60 Days. Prevailing wages shall apply. Pre-Bid Meeting: August 4, 2026, 10 AM at 1249 Hyde Park Ave, Hyde Park. E-18 Police Station meet in Front. General contractors must submit all general bids with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02108 , on or before 12:00 PM on August 19, 2026 at which time and place respective general bids shall be opened and read aloud in person and virtually. See boston.gov/departments/public-facilities for more information. All are invited to attend. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the bid amount. A performance and payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the amount of 100% of the contract price, will be required of the successful bidder. Online bids via the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) online bidding portal will also be accepted for this project.
