EXTRA-76814 - USA (Fairfield, California) - Recovery Residence Housing Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide recovery residence housing services to the government authority located in Fairfield, CA. – Provide Recovery Residence Housing Services to individuals convicted under Health and Safety Code 11395 (possession of hard drugs with prior convictions) who are actively participating in outpatient substance use and/or mental health treatment.– The Contractor shall provide one or more residential living facilities that meet all required physical standards and support a safe, recovery–focused environment for residents.– The Contractor shall provide safe, stable, substance–free housing within a structured and supportive living environment that promotes sustained recovery and increased independence.– Recovery–oriented supports may include peer and social support; linkage to mutual–aid and other community recovery resources; assistance with transportation coordination; development of budgeting, meal planning, household management, employment–readiness, and other independent living skills; encouragement and support with attending treatment, court, medical, and other required appointments; and assistance with transition and housing planning.– The Contractor shall not provide or represent Recovery Residence services as substance use disorder or mental health treatment unless such services are separately licensed, authorized, and expressly included under another agreement. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 12, 2026.
