Description
The purpose of this bid is to solicit qualified licensed general contractors to submit bids for construction of the Zone 5 Mill/Overlay and Point Repairs project. The project consists of asphalt milling, asphalt overlaying, and required striping of SE Monterey Rd. (from SE Monterey Rd. to SE Federal Hwy.) and SE California Ave. (from SW Winnachee Dr. to SW Indian Groves Dr.), as well as, constructing twenty-one (17) point repairs within the Zone 5 Neighborhood. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents
