Main Contractor Block 1 & 8 Heat Pump Installation at Somerville Intermediate School

Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure

All open bids & awards from Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure

Description

Somerville Intermediate School is seeking to upgrade the air-conditioning provision within the existing school buildings to improve the thermal comfort and learning environment for students and staff. The school requires a solution that provides effective and reliable temperature control within individual classrooms, allowing room temperatures to be adjusted independently to suit the requirements of each teaching space. The school wishes to minimise the overall number of external condenser units required while still achieving appropriate individual classroom temperature control. Where any works require penetrations through existing roofing, roof flashings, roof membranes, cladding or other building-envelope elements, Topline Roofing shall be engaged to undertake the relevant roofing and cladding penetration works. Tenderers shall allow for all associated costs, coordination and reinstatement required to maintain the integrity and weather-tightness of the building envelope. ALL SITE VISITS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 25.09.2026. Email the Procurement Officer listed in the RFT to arrange date and time.
