(1) Vendor needs to provide flow monitor and rain gauge network services to the government authority located in New Castle, DE. – The maintenance and data reporting services of the county’s sanitary sewer flow monitoring and rain gauge equipment.– Flow monitor and rain gauge data web–based reporting system:– Cloud–based platform.– The scope of work will include one year of diagnostic, maintenance, repair, calibration, data analysis, data reporting, and data support services for each flow monitor and rain gauge site, with potential annual contract extension of up to an additional four years.– The service provider shall have overall responsibility to ensure compliance with the diagnostic requirements, maintenance, repair, field confirmation, data analysis, data reporting, and data support service requirements. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
