(1) Vendor needs to provide 457(b) deferred compensation and roth plan services to the government authority located in Texas.– To consolidate plan vendors in order to streamline administration and improve the overall participant experience. – To reduce plan fees and ensure participants retain a greater share of their investment returns.– To improve the investment menu by implementing an open architecture menu with best–in–class alternatives aligned with fiduciary standards.– To increase employee engagement through enhanced education initiatives, including one–on–one meetings, group presentations, and ongoing financial wellness support.– To reduce the administrative burden on plan sponsors by streamlining processes related to employee inquiries, loan approvals, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), and other plan transactions.– To increase plan participation rates and average deferral amounts through employee education and targeted outreach.– To improve the overall participant experience by providing intuitive tools, responsive service, and a simplified investment structure that supports long–term retirement readiness.– To ensure a smooth and efficient transfer of assets by consolidating three existing providers into a single recordkeeper, minimizing disruption to participants and reducing long–term administrative complexity.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
