(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering service to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.• The scope of work includes design of a new State Veterans Home (approximately 145,000 SF) for 150–Beds to be sited on a 20–acre parcel in the Overhills area near Fort Bragg.• Full architecture and engineering design services are required and will include all State Construction Office requirements for design submittal phases with cost estimates, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings, and project closeout.
