(1) Vendor needs to provide primary food service to the government authority located in Kent, OH.• The primary focus is providing students with healthy choices at all dining locations and accommodating vegetarian, vegan, gluten–free and students with allergies or dietary restrictions.• The prime food agreement should create a comprehensive program that will increase customer satisfaction by providing quality and preferred products, value pricing and timely delivery throughout the campuses contributing to the overall goals of the University Dining Services, system wide.• Quality of Product and Service– Ability to provide and ship samples of food products– Ability to provide items/product labels, including caloric information and allergens of products andlocation of manufacturing and country of origin.– Ability to provide as close to next day order/receiving as possible for fresh processed, meats, seafood, dairy, produce– Ability to provide proper storage records of products and certifications– Ability to provide product expiration dates and manufactured dates– Required to implement with Jamix (menu management) as EDI.– Required to support our certified free from locations peanut, tree nut, vegan and gluten, with appropriate products and verification statements.– Recall procedures, traceability(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
