EXTRA-78156 - USA (Massachusetts) - Parking Facilities Management and Revenue Collection Service - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking facilities management and revenue collection service to the government authority located in Massachusetts.– Provide safe and secure operation of the Facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week. – The Parking Operator will be responsible for insuring and monitoring revenue collection and daily deposits of all parking fees, including credit card transactions.– The Parking Operator shall use best efforts to maximize and increase revenue, and control and minimize expenses, while providing a high level of customer service at each Facility.– The Parking Operator shall conduct or coordinate a comprehensive recording and reviewing of thelicense plate’s recognition, being reconciled frequently.– The Parking Operator shall provide every employee assigned to the Facilities with customer service training during the first ninety (90) days of the Agreement and once per year thereafter.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
