CLEANING-13040 - USA (Martinsville, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Martinsville, VA.– Bathrooms:– Floors shall be swept, vacuumed, and mopped or cleaned with approved product.– Special attention shall be given to maintaining the appearance of the floors around the toilet fixtures.– Toilets and urinals shall be cleaned and sanitized. Special attention should be given to areas around urinals.– Traps shall be maintained so they are free from Odors at all times.– All mirrors, shelving, dispensers, chrome fixtures, and piping shall be cleaned.– All wash basins shall be thoroughly cleaned. Special attention shall be given to the area around the base of faucets and spigots.– Room cleaning:– Waste baskets shall be emptied and trash removed from the building and disposed of in the provided dumpsters.– Carpeted floors shall be vacuumed (Weekly). Tiled and linoleum floors in all areas shall be swept and mopped with an approved cleaning product.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
