(1) Vendor needs to provide operational due diligence services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.• 40+ on–site Operational Due Diligence reviews at investment management firms annually.• Annual Operational Due Diligence Questionnaires on agency investment managers• Form ADVs on agency investment managers• Daily news and media monitoring on agency investment managers• Background checks on all investment management firms’ principals and key investment management personnel during initial diligence.• Annual Operational Due Diligence comprehensive written report customized for agency based on the above monitoring.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
