(1) Vendor needs to provide external audit services for financial statement and retirement plans to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Public accountants to audit its financial statements and two defined benefit retirement plans for the calendar years ending December 31, 2026 through 2030• Audit Plan: The Auditor shall provide a detailed audit plan, including the firm's assigned resources, for each phase of the financial statement audit, to include testing of IT general controls• The audit plan and schedule shall be developed after joint consultation with the Office of Audit and the Office of Finance and will be due to both Offices no later than November 15 of each year under audit.
