(1) Vendor needs to provide professional nursing services to the government authority located in .• providing comprehensive services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.• Ensure the expertise in Professional Nursing Services of all individuals providing services on Awarded Contractor’s behalf.• Provide all required licensure for Awarded Contractor and all individuals providing services on Awarded Contractor’s behalf• Take necessary precautions when handling hazardous waste or contaminants and otherwise assume responsibility for the health, safety and protection for all individuals providing services• Ensure the safety of Persons–Served of the Contracting Agency, the Contracting Agency’s Staff, including cordoning off working areas as necessary, ensuring no hazards are posed by the Services, reporting job site hazards and reporting any employee illnesses or COVID–19 symptoms prior to arrival.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
