(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health and recovery training and support services for ongoing workforce development to the behavioral health workforce to the government authority located in Washington.– Prevention and Mental Health Promotion: – Curriculum Development, one–time training and recurring training series, technical assistance, event and Conference Coordination, public speaking, Audio/Visual Support, project management, media and campaign development, and data collection, analysis and program or project evaluation– Behavioral Health Outpatient. This includes Training and/or Services developed for and focused on outpatient mental health, co–occurring Problem Gambling, and intensive outpatient services.– Inpatient Psychiatric Services. This includes Training and/or Services developed for and focused on inpatient psychiatric services.– Treatment and Mental Health Support in Correctional Facilities. This includes Training and/or Services for correction officers, jail staff, and medical teams who support the unique and complex population of incarcerated individuals.– Problem Gambling. includes Curriculum Development, facilitation of topical workgroups related to Problem Gambling and related emerging issues, media campaigns, program and project evaluation, data collection and analysis for topics related to or focused on Problem Gambling and related emerging issues, and technical assistance.
