(1) Vendor needs to provide student health flu vaccination services to the government authority located in Richmond, KY.– Provide and administer seasonal influenza vaccine to enrolled students.– An estimate of 400 flu vaccine is predicted, but not guaranteed.– Contractor will utilize qualified health care professionals or technicians to provide immunizations.– Contractor will be responsible for managing all aspects of biohazardous wastes generated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
