The City of Beaverton is seeking proposals for Project Title to be located on the third floor of The Beaverton Building. Services to include programming of space based on stakeholder input and interviews, completion of a bid/permit set of construction documents, bidding the construction TI though project completion and closeout. This is an informal selection process pursuant to Beaverton Purchasing Code Section 48-0210 . The City seeks proposals that will enable the City to determine which contractor will best meet the City's needs.
