Vendor needs to provide promotion examinations services for ranks of corporal and sergeant to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Satisfy a need for the development and administration of promotion examinations to the ranks of agency corporal and sergeant– Offeror is responsible for conducting job analyses to identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities (“KSAs”) most essential for successful performance of the positions of agency Corporal and Sergeant– Assessment Tool Development– Offeror is responsible for designing a promotion process that identifies the extent to which promotion candidates possess the KSAs necessary to succeed at the higher rank– Offeror is responsible for developing examination instruments for each promotion cycle.
