Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide PFAS analysis system to the government authority located in Cincinnati, Ohio. – Purchase, delivery, installation, training, and maintenance of a Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) with Tandem Mass (MS/MS) Spectrometry system configured to perform USEPA Method 1633 analysis of PFAS in wastewater, industrial discharges, solids, and biosolids. • General system requirements:– System software must have a system log that contains up to 96 hours of diagnostics data for all components of the LC/MS/MS system– System components must be capable of operation in the pH range 2 – 10.– Entire system can run using two 240V outlets– Must include appropriately sized tables with wheels for the entire system– Software must include access to NIST library/capable of library searches– Software must be able to export data compatible with LabWorks LIMS• Autosampler/injector specifications:– Injection volume range must be at least 0.1 – 20.0 μL as default with the ability to extend to up to 1000.0 μL with optional extension loops.– Prefer an injector that can perform overlapped injections to maximize throughput– Sample manager must have a self–flushing injection port and needle wash to reduce carryover (<0.004% sample to sample)– Analytical separation column temperature control capability of at least ambient–60°C (preferably up to 90°C), with a stability of ±0.5°C and accuracy of ±0.8°C• HPLC specifications:– Maximum operating pressure of at least 1200 bar– Flow rate range not less than 0.010 to 2.000 mL/min.– System must be capable of solvent management to operate binary mobile phase elution gradient.– System must have integrated vacuum solvent degassing.– Pump must support flow ramping settable from at least 0.01 to 30.00 minutes to reach 2.0 mL/min• TANDEM (MS/MS) mass spectrometer:– System must be capable of fully automated mass calibration and mass resolution– System must be capable of automated optimization of all instrument parameters, including gas pressures and collision energies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
