(1) Vendor needs to provide owner advisor services to the government authority located in Franklin, TN. 1. Project Initiation:– Develop a collaborative project delivery strategy to deliver desired outcome.– Develop a clear procurement plan defining the strategy and resources needed to achieve a successful project.– Develop a conceptual construction schedule, utilizing both an expedited and typical CMAR project delivery based upon priority areas and considering environmental concerns.2. Cmar Development and Procurement Assistance:– Develop a well–planned, transparent, and organized Request for Qualifications procurement package, including evaluation criteria and scoring methodology, for procurement of the Construction Manager–At–Risk (CMAR).3. Contract Administration:– Create organized document management system at the Public Works Building as well as online using City–owned Procore software.– Design phase support i. Predesign services defining scope ii. Oversee project design criteria development4. Design Services:– Attend meetings with designer to augment City stakeholder input.5. Construction Management Services:– Perform required compliance monitoring for Davis Bacon wage compliance and associated documentation.– Review proposed early work packages and provide comments, compiling City comments into single document(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
