(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce, data 360 and MuleSoft services. – Provide day–to–day maintenance and operational support for agency’s existing enterprise Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Marketing), Data 360 and MuleSoft environments. • Project management:– Provide appropriate subject matter experts and technical staff for maintaining and enhancing the environments.– Deliver and maintain a software design document and run book.• Agile development and team management:– Develop and deliver standard Resource Management artifacts.– Establish and manage a formalized approach to resource management. – Develop, document, and execute transition and support plan.• Technical documentation: Maintain technical documentation and update such documents quarterly.– System architecture and application inventory– Integration, API and Data–flow documentation– Salesforce configuration, customizations and data–model documentation– Operational runbooks and support procedures– Release, rollback and recovery procedures.• Knowledge transfer: Perform a knowledge transfer to agency.• Data conversion: Complete data conversion or updates as needed.• API management: Develop a written plan to leverage and implement MuleSoft as agency’s Enterprise API management tool.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
