(1) Vendor needs to provide university and health systems beverage pouring rights and beverage services to the government authority located in California. • Alcoholic beverages, except as expressly authorized by the University. • Agency infused beverages, which shall not be supplied, sampled or promoted at any University or health system location. – Carbonated Soft Drinks, Craft Soda, Sparkling Water, Energy Drinks, Ready–to–Drink Coffee, Hydration, Isotonic, Protein Drinks, Functional Beverages, Tea, Juice, Bottled and Packaged Water, Bar, Fountain Beverage.• Pouring rights for all non–alcoholic beverages dispensed, sold, served, sampled or distributed across university–controlled locations, campus and health system. • Fountain and post–mix service in residential and retail dining, retail food outlets, concessions, hospitality venues, and health system cafeterias and food courts. • Vending across all campus and health system locations, including installation, operation, stocking, servicing and maintenance of equipment. • Retail, convenience and markets supply, including shelf space and merchandising in convenience and grab–and–go outlets, markets and gift shops. • Concessions at all athletics and event venues, including non–athletic events held in those venues. • Catering and events, including University catering, facility–use events, third–party rentals of campus facilities, conference and summer programs, commencement, and health system conference and community events. • Real Estate including University Club, Foundation property and third–party tenants. • Athletics marketing and sponsorship rights • Health system channels (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be ten years.
