(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Americus, GA.– Requirement for routine janitorial services in two buildings totaling approximately 6550 square feet.– Cleaned consist of a primary office building (Building 1) of approximately 5700 square feet consisting of offices, conference room, kitchen area, lobby area, 2 bathrooms AND a secondary office building (Building 5) of approximately 850 square feet consisting of front lobby area and 2 bathrooms.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
